Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any returned merchandise without order or shipped out over 30 days from receipt date.

Products return must be in new, that affect resale will not be returned.

Xinlun is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Xinlun, you may return them. In order to receive credit, returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date. If a return is received after 30 days, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Easy Returns On Xinlun:

      • First, please send a return request email to, if your request is approved, please go to My Account (top right of your website) to access your order and select the items you want to return. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

      • Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to your original Xinlun box or any cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.

      • Ship your return back to us, the return address will be written on the return label, asking for the return label operation. Make sure your return is well packaged.

    When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you didn’t need to pay for return shipping, but if you don’t want it anymore, or for other reasons other than seller’s, you should pay for return shipping.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, You will receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper(5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request(5 to 10 business days).

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
