Actual shipping charges will be added to the total of your order. Our products will reach you within 3-10 business days. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out SpeTool products. We have warehouses in China and Amazon warehouses in the United States. We will deliver products from Amazon warehouses in the United States or China warehouses according to the actual situation of customers. No matter which warehouse you choose, our transportation time and cost are basically the same.
We cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. All orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day after payment is received. However, during peak season orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being received excluding holidays or days closed.
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
*From July 1, 2022, in addition to the United States, we will also support shipments from China to most other countries. Please refer to the table below for related shipping rates and delivery cycles. But the customs clearance fee should be borne by oneself.
